My 3.3 years old child got fever on 1st May but the fever went after one day by taking dolo 250mg. Again he got fever on 12 May after 12 days and this time, his fever lasted for 3 days .he has to take dolo after every 6 hours as it was going high after every 6 hours.. But it got fine after 3 days Again he got fever today 30 May after 15 days.. Again we are giving dolo.. I am just worried why it's repeating multiple times.. He was perfectly fine till his 3 years but now all of a sudden he has fallen sick for 3 times in a month.. Please suggest what to do..i am very much tensed
