Child Health Issues

Hello Dr. My son who is almost 5 months old has redness on his hip line. What can be the reason and is there any medicine that I should apply. I do apply himalaya anti rash cream daily to avoid rashes. Also is there anything wrong in my diet which causes him this redness.

Today 3Rd day. Fever 100 to 102.8 F. Giloy satva in water hourly , sudarshana , amritharishta given. Should I wait another day ? To shift to paracetemol or modern med. If it doesn't reduce even 4nth day is it of concern. Appetite low , no stool passed since 2 days. No other symptom , very thin built lean tall. 15kg.no URTI or diarrhoea or vomits

My baby is 7 month old can i give her mango daily??? And how much amount??? I heard about artificially ripend mango. So is it good to give baby???

Hello my baby suffering from cold running nose from the past two days also mild fever i gave paracetamol drops and i gave motywyn syurp 5ml twice day for two days there is no good result may i continue with the same syrup or dr.reddy 's citirzin syrup for better solution he is 22months old 10.5kg

My baby is 2months 15 days old. Can i give him gripe water. If not what we can use instead of gripe water? He is crying daily at night to sleep. After rocking him to sleep he barely sleep 15 to 30 minutes and waking up. After waking he is taking breast feed , playing and again crying to sleep. What can I do to make him sleep peacefully?

Hello doctor my baby boy is 2 years old and still breastfeeding but now I am planning to stop but still he is feeding in the night. So can I feed my baby after 2 to 3 days gap. Is it ok to breastfeed after a gap or It will problem to baby.

My son age 6 is due for his tetanus shot. He has received all his vaccines except for the one to be given from age 4-6 due to some medical issues. His Tetanus shot is also due. He has Received the last dpt vaccine in dec 17. Today he cut his tongue from a toy which had a metal clip. Shall I get his tetanus shot in the next 24 hours or is it not that urgent. We are planning to complete the rest of the vaccines in the next two months.

My baby 9 months old has weight 6.5kg her birth weight was 3.4 kg..she is gaining 200g per month.her height is 70 cm.. whatever i give her to eat she will pass it in just 3 hours through poop.her iron level is less then 15 (s.iron) hemoglobin 11.5 .. all the other test are normal..does it be case of malabsorption of food ? Please help
