My baby today voice is low or rough. Yesterday night tmy parents gave little cake chocolate cream to lick very little. Will it cause problem?? Is it due to food?? Or weather

My baby boy is 3 months old. He is on bottle feed from day 1. He was majorly on formula only. But now from past 1 week he isn’t taking bottle. Like he is pushing it away. He wants to be put on breast all the time. Since my milk supply is low so he gets irritated by low supply. Whenever i have to give him bottle, first i have to befool him by putting him on breast then he ll take feeder. I don’t know why is he behaving like this.

As we are staying away from home for the next days and my baby is 6 months 5 days old and planning to start with solid from tomorrow. Can I give cerelac as first food?
