My baby completed 4 months... can we give iron supplement drops now???is it safe to give with vit d3 drops???

Hello, my doctor suggested to give cypon syrup to my 1.11 months old daughter as she is underweight. Just wanted a second opinion if I can give this to my baby and is it safe?

Hi Doctor My 18 months daughter is getting fever from last 5 days. Every night or say early morning I see temp. After giving medicine it goes away for whole day. I am not using AC too much at night still. She has Caugh also Plz help
