My son is having stomachache since afternoon.had vomiting also.but no loose motion.i gave colicaid.but no releif.pls tell wat else can i give for immedeate releif. He is 5yrs old.wt 20.6kgs

My son is 12 days old. He has stuffy nose since yesterday night. He is unable to breathe with his nose and keeps crying. I have given him Nasoclear nasal spray 4 times already but there is no relief. He is unable to take breastfeed as he is unable to breathe and have given him formula milk with spoon. He wants to sleep but due to blocked nose he is unable to sleep Please advise what else to do.

Urine culture report is ok.ultra sound report is ok.pus cells are 25-30.reports attached.uriluzer syrup is prescribed 3 times a day.
