Hello doctor, My baby name is adhav and he is going to turn 2yrs old in two months and my query is last time my doctor suggested allem a to z vitamin syrup for my because he faced with malnutrition and he got geographic tongue so my doctor suggested to continue the same syrup for 2 more months is that okay to give the syrup two times a day or one time after food is enough how much ml would be good for his weight right now he is around 11kg he lost more weight because he was sick so that I'm asking kindly rply

Since your baby is 11 kg You can continue 5ml of syrup A to Z twice a day. U can give it to your baby after food. Also focus on nutrition of your child especially since he has just recovered from an illness. You can include highly nutritive food like eggs, bananas, Lotus seeds, paneer, oats in his diet.
