Child Health Issues

My baby is 6 days old. He has a 2mm Or less sized vsd. His mouth stays most of the time open. Even while asleep it stays slightly open. Please let me know why.

On today morning , blood from nose of my daughter has been observed. Please suggest wheather it is normal.

My son has fever since last 4 days after he got vaccinated with dpt je mmr. The fever comes at a gap of 6 hours after giving paracetamol and mefanamic acid. I have given cefodoxime 50 (monocef o 50) 5ml for today but nothing changed in the frequency of occurrence. My son is otherwise healthy and have no other symptoms.

My 1 month old baby is crying and demanding for more feeds at night time within 1 or 2 minutes of a feed.. But at the same time she is spitting up most of the milk.. But in day time she is taking milk and sleeping peacefully. Do you have any suggestions?

On 28 Mar-22 we got our baby. On 6 April doctor told us that our baby has jaundice and his bilirubin was 16.2. Doctor advised us to fed him milk in every 1 hour and retest on 9 April in which the bilirubin was 13.1. After that we are following the same procedure and now when on 20 April we again tested the bilirubin was 10.28. Baby is feeding milk continuously and doing all the activities also and the bilirubin is also decreasing. Now I just want to know that is it ok or we should do something else also. Doctor has prescribed two medicines Vitamin D3(Cholecaciferol) drops and Multi vitamins and minerals brilia drops . Someone told me that I should stop giving brilia drops until the jaundice has not recover completely. I need a right kind of advice so that we can go further. Thanks in advance

My baby is 7 days old from 2 days she is passing watery motions 4to 6 times a day and urine also yellow in colour. yestaday she was under phototherapy for 24 hrs for high bilirubin levels today her body is heat and passing watery motions is this any problem please help me
