Fever range 102, cough
My son has fever of range 102 currently. He was on antibiotics 15 days back for same reason. That time doc had prescribed novamox 125. 5ml thrice a day for 5 days, viscodyne D and relent plus. Now today is day 3 of fever. Please help me. Suggest medicines

We need to check if free is viral or not If viral fever then no antibiotics are needed Consult a doctor for that Give plenty of liquids U have not mentioned age and weight neither of child has any other symptoms

Encourage more liquids. Measure the temp in armpit and above 100F then only give calpol. Age and weight not given so cannot help any further.
