Suffering from Fever 105°
Madam/Sir,
My cousin is suffering with fever from last 3 days. We had consulated from a pediatrician and he
adviced that if fever above 102 give him brufen tablet 200 mg. Today his temparature is 105 and we have given brufen 200 tablet but still fever is not down after 1 hour. Can we give Ibugesic plus after 4 hours. Kindly advise 🙏

Ibugesic plus can't be given every 4 th hrly. U can use Paracetamol every 4-6 th hourly
Do Tepid sponging
Hydrate the child well

Fever above 102 is dangerous.kindly dont use any self medication.better to get blood tests done and if needed added antibiotics.consult ur nearest paediatrician
