Chikanguniya..esr 105 5 years child
My nephew is suffering from feve and joint pain from since 10 days.Initially first 3 days he had high grade fever 103 so we have done dengue,cbc,mp,COVID,typhoid,chikanguniya,crp test. All are normal.platlets were 250000 WBC 4500 crp 5.7 Then doctor treatment After 2 days fever is notsubsidizing..fever remains high grade. We again repeat test cbc,mp,COVID,typhoid, chikanguniya,crp Platlets come to 159000 from 250000 WBC comes 3900 from 4500 dengue,rest all normal crp was normal He was admitted in hospital for next 3days and give injectable drugs and discharge after 3 days. no fever for 3 days...but after 3 days he developed again fever so we again done tests This time chikanguniya comes positive and crp reached 9 and WBC comes 12300 from 3900 and platlet comes 450000 from 160000.Started treatment of chikanguniya. Then after 3 days crp esr cbc sgpt done.crp comes 6 from 9 but esr is 105 , Platlets reached 555000 WBC 12700. Why esr is high. Do I need to worry

Since chikan gunia test is positive  consult pediatrician for treatment MUST DO COVID 19 TEST AGAIN.
