Baby neck pain

Asked for Male, 36 Years

This is too inform me that my baby daughter is 4 yrs old and she Sleeping in the wrong position while sleeping can also cause sore muscles.This one can also cause pain in the back side of the throat.Right now the condition is that she is crying and not playing because of the pain.Can you suggest me any medicine and tell me how to remove the pain???
