I hope you are asking about post covid syndrome.
It is very rare. Antibodies produce from previous covid infection cause all the symptoms in it.
To whom it may happen, not possible to say and not possible to avoid the situation.
Usually presents fever, lethargy, loose motions, rashes etc. Blood reports and 2d echo is necessary to confirm it.
