Post Viral Fever - Gastritis
My 8 year old son has recovered from viral fever 4 days ago, but still seems to be dull, sleepy, feeling nauseous, burps, urge to go motion due to which he got food aversion and eating very little amount of food.
Note - Fever was there only for 2 days, followed by cold, phelgm for 3 days
