My baby just started 7 month can i give her biscuits. Which biscuits should i give to her in water.
Today i consultaed to my peditration he said my babys hb is low. Withou checking blood. he just saw the hand or feet.
Without checking blood can he understand hb us low. He gave FEBRIFER-XT drop can i give it to her .

Palms and soles are indicator of anaemia (low hb). Can do blood reports to confirm it. Dose is different for hb below 10 and above 10. Better to start the iron drops.
Better give home made food. Avoid biscuits. Curd rice, khichdi, dalia, Raab, shiro, fruits are better option. Give it like a paste or puree.
