Passing of stool after each feed till 3-5 yrs is due to strong gastrocolic reflex. If the quantity is more and if its watery and baby is sick then need to be examined and medically treated.
5 stools over a day in normal consistency and volume is normal for this age. If large or greecy or with blood mucous stools needed to evaluate.

Change in bowel habits is common when you introduce a new food. Baby takes time to adjust to it. If baby is comfortable without any tummy issues then wait and watch. If uncomfortable, stop the new food for few days and watch.
