Child Health Issues

My son age 5.9 weight 28kgs has autism and was advised a few tests by his treating doctor like vitamins, urine, liver function test etc as part of some of houtine tests that we do yearly. All his tests are fine. In LFT all parameters are within range except globulin which is slightly low. Globulin is 1.9 ( Normal range-2.1-3.5) A/g ratio is 2.4( Normal range- 1.0-2.1) Is this something to worry? He is perfectly healthy, active and fine otherwise.

Hello doctor In digital thermometer temp is 99.5 in underarm does that mean real temperature is 100.5?. my  4 yr old daughter is down with fever so confused wheather to give her medicine or not?

Asked for Male, 31 Years My son 3.4 years old , last wk 10 th april He had fever  was vomiting to , doctor prescribed ibugesic plus and ziprax dry syrup , but after 2days  fever decreaseed after taking medicine but he started coughing, doc give levolin syrp but coughing is Not decreasing, it's continuous ,today evening again fever back for some times , outside of house not coughing too much,honey given but not working, today doc prescribed omnacortil forte 2.5 ml 3times for 6days and advent forte syrp.. is it ok to take this medicine for this age? 63 Views

What should be the bilrubin(Jaundice) counts for a 6 day old baby boy? I am not sure if he has jaundice as the bilrubin count i got from the test is 16.

My son underwent surgery last month for ADENOTONSILLECTOMY. He started having cough on April 14th and gradually developed a fever and occasional vomiting. We took him to our regular doctor who prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup. It appears to be a VIRAK FEVER.. What kind of food should we give him as he's become weak and is refusing to have whatever we try to feed him with ??

Sir / madam myself Abhinav sir actually I noticed that on from 28 march to 1 April I took antibiotic ofloxcin for dental infection as I have habit of noticing stool I noticed little mucus in stool is normally present in everybody stool or only mine because I heard that little mucus is present in everybody stool or it is because of antibiotic please tell

My baby is 87 days old and she is coughing badly throughout the day and night also she is suffering with cold. She is not sleeping at night Can I use phenargun cough syrup ? Is there any harmful effects of this syrup ?

Hi, My daughter is 2 years 9 months old, and till now she is unable to form sentences, however she can speak few words and ABCD alphabets. Do I have to be concerned or this is normal. Or is there any particular care need to be taken.
