Medicines to stop breastfeeding ?
Why do you want to stop.WHO recommends breastfeeding till 2 years and beyond if mummy and baby want that.allow her to self wean.
Space out breastfeed session so that she is not full before meal times.toddlers thrive on routine.keep a set routine for meals.
Decreasing screen time is not in the child's hand.its in yours.try and find when do you resort to offering screentime, what else can you do,what substitute activities can you offer.screen time should not be more than 20 minutes in 1 days.and not with meals.babies are not born with a screen time habit.it is the elders who introduce it ,depend on it and then blame the kid.so be prepared for some tough days ahead and just cut it down.
