My son is 1 month old.. i breastfeed him. the problem is , I have spondylitis problem.. so due to c section and spondylitis i am feeling severe back pain due to breastfeeding while sitting.. may I bottle feed him breastmilk through colic free bottle sometimes. specially at night time.

So you can feed in sleeping postion with sidewards turn at night, if possible due to spondylitis.
So by sidewards turn you can continue breastfeeding and both might benefit. Don't let your body fall on to the child and be awake while feeding.
Bottle feeding is not advised as it cause gas problems and increase the chance of infection too.
It's better to avoid bottle feeding due to risk of infection. You can express your milk and feed the child through wati spoon or palladai feeding. Breast feeding if you can is the best way of feeding. Thank you .
