I found a dark coloured mosquito with typical white markings on the legs and lyre like markings on the thorax at my place can it be a dengue mosquito..
And it might have bitten any of us in home
We have a year old kid also

Yes it can be mosquito responsible for dengue. But not every bite causes dengue so don't panic in one bite.
Mosquito repellent like good knight can be used. Mosquito rackets and nets are best.
Room spray can be used but after spray start a fast fan and then come back in that room after few hours only, not immediately.
Eucalyptus oil or neem oil can be applied to an infants clothes or at the wrist and foot so that Mosquito bites are less. Rarely odomos.
