Chest & Breathing Problems

I am facing breathing problem while eating. Earlier, It was not a concern but now I even having problem in normal time sometimes. Should I really  worried ?

Why sometimes  breathing issue through nose and nose irritation. NOT All the time but only  sometimes when I go out

Hello Sir/Madam, My mother is suffering from shortness in breathing. The medical reports found that the heart is normal. Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Global LV/RV contraction is normal (visual) Echocardiography reports found that the Echo Window is fair. I can't understand the medical languages. Is this a serious problem? My son is having this problem close to an year.It occurs every month once.It starts with sneezing on day 1 followed by cold and fever on day 2 & 3, mostly on 4thday his lungs get bit clogged and he finds difficult to breathe. We used to take to hospital and give nebulizer. After that he becomes normal in a day..we need a permanent solution. We have avoided most of the things like chocolates ice cream, sweet for the past one year.. Still he is not able to get rid of this..
