Chest & Breathing Problems

I have this disease since childhood. This disease causes me much trouble in breathing. And there is a lot of pain in the head too but it sometimes happens (pain in head). I have been quite upset with this disease. During this time I can not work, I can not go anywhere. I have a lot of trouble in walking as there is fatigue due to walking and breathing too fast. I use Breaze-L tab to get relief from the breathing broblem.

I am having cough for more than 1 year now...I have consulted a doctor and the tests showed some infection which was cured by medicines about 10 months ago and cough was relieved but the prob of cough started again...it starts and sometimes stops for 2-3 weeks and starts again but for the last 10 months I have not consulted any physician...I have to travel for 60km daily on 2 wheeler on highway and thought dust or pollution could be a reason but that does not appear to be the cause of cough problem...my job is a desk job and I spend around 8-9 hrs in front of computer sitting on a chair..there is very less or negligible body movement during this time and before and after this time also as I start from home on a vehicle and reach office on a vehicle only...I seem to have acid problem in stomach (not gas) because when I am sitting the acid in the stomach reaches my chest (which I feel) and due to which the cough remains all day but when I am at home walking and working cough is negligibl

I have wheezing  only while inhaling. While exhaling there is no sound even though there is mild difficulty to exhale. But wheezing and difficulty is only while inhaling. What can it be ?

My chest is paining and difficulty in breathing feeling light headed what might be the reason??? I am feeling a lot of anxiety too sir/madam my left chest part is paining feeling dizzy

I have been suffering from shortness of breath and acidity since 1 week. Consulted a doctor who advised medicine as Ranitidine, diclofenac and Ciprofloxacin. I find relief with Medicine but symptoms return soon. Should I continue the Medicine? How long? Do I need to get some tests done?

I'm having dry cough for over a week which keeps getting worse. When I inhale I can hear a squeaking or whistling sound. While exhaling i hear rough sound of air or sometimes it just gets stuck up. I just have to put extra effort to breathe out. For the past 2 days I can also feel some phlegm in my throat after coughing or during this whistling sound.
