Having severe problem of snoring while sleeping. I used to snore very loud. Please tell me something to reduce it.

Your history is very short.It should have been some more detailed. But comming to the point.. Snoring is due to reduced inlet of wind pipe that causes turbulance of air while we take breath in.These turbulant waves are acoustic range so we hear a noisy respiration. Snoring reduces oxigen delivery to your lungs and other parts of body.It leads to various symptoms. As in your case my assumption is that your obese with sedentary life style.You need to undergo few investions so that definite conclusion can be made out and plan treatment accordingly.
