Dry cough & slight breathing difficulty
I'm having persistent cough for a week. The cough is dry with no phlegm. My nose is blocked at times. Even when its not blocked, when I try to breathe through mouth a whistling sound is heard and I have a tight feeling in my chest. The whistling sound is more and bad for past two days with extreme coughing. What can it be ?

I am not breathing well properly and a crackling sound comes while leaving breath not always but most of the time In a day . I get tired quickly when I run . And I had so many tests like X rays and CT scan of chest in 2016 . Problem is unsolved still .
