Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a smoker for 3 years. I having chest pain at my right chest near thymus everytime I smoke. And it goes away after 15 min when I press my chest at that position my gas goes away after few burps... Is it serious...

Previous i taken cholecalciferol granules 1gm of 1 schacet per week for 4 week till last week. Now i purchased a liquid drop bottle of15 ml . So how much drop should i take in a week ?

Hello ! I recently recovered from common cold and had sore throat as well. Yesterday I walked a few extra steps than I usually do everyday and I realized that I have problem in breathing. I could not and still I am not able to breathe properly. I am afraid what this must be. It could be because of the cough still congested or I want to make sure if it's not thyroid problem as it's been a while since I got it checked. Please advise.

She can't walk or do anything ,her mother do everything for her ,she is diagnosed with tb I.  Lungs, can this be cured? And what precautions should her mother take ?

She has a pain in her chest when she cough and it is almost for 1-2 weeks. She had consulted the general physician and he gave her cough syrup but it is not effective.

Chest congestion , nasal congestion and headache since a year. Shortness of breath sometimes. Is it curable ?
