What is the difference between echocardiography 2d m-mode and ecg which have been prescribed by doctor ...what is hb,tc test? I have attached the prescription image for your reference.

My son is having this problem close to an year.It occurs every month once.It starts with sneezing on day 1 followed by cold and fever on day 2 & 3, mostly on 4thday his lungs get bit clogged and he finds difficult to breathe. We used to take to hospital and give nebulizer. After that he becomes normal in a day..we need a permanent solution. We have avoided most of the things like chocolates ice cream, sweet for the past one year.. Still he is not able to get rid of this..

My dad is suffering from ILD, pulmonary fibrosis. He is taking fibrodone tablets. He takes 6 tablets everyday. But the problem is he is having heavy gastric problem. When I searched online I got to know gastric is one of the side effects of the tablet. Doctor had given gastric tablets for a  week, but when he stopped eating those tablets, he is facing gastric problem again. Please suggest me what has to be done for this. Should he take some gastric tablet or any home remedy will do.
