Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello sir.. I'm having problem with white coating to tongue... from 1weak back.. how can i treat it?

While climbing stairs and running tread mill or taking a quick sprint. Even while lifting weights over head

I hv post nasal drip for 2 yrs. I frequently get cold and runny nose which doesn't go for atleast 15 days. Also lot of mucus comes out through nose and throat, need to clear several times a day. Smtimes I also feel heartburn and vomiting. Visited Gastroenterologist and ENT but no relief. Now visited Pulmonologist, suggested some tests. Remark in x ray chest pa as "prominent bronchovascular markings on both sides" and "few ill defined nodular opacities scattered in both lungs". As per blood tests, eosinophils count is high (8.8) and IgE count is also high (643). I have next appointment with pulmonologist in next week. Taking advised medicines (Azee 500, Vibact DS, Torkast fx, Prospan syrup) till the time. But is this very serious? Any urgency of immediate action? Am I suffering with serious desease? (From past week, feeling breathing problems but today feeling well, may be due to the medicines)

Since last 2 months patient is suffering from almost dry cough and is not getting over it permanently for now its 3rd time we changed the doctor for not getting relief from previous 2 doctors . And now 2 days back from some test Asthama is being detected for him and doctors are saying that the number of WBC has increased and asked them to get admitted ASAP . What could be possible solutions to ours problems . Please help . We are confused .
