Chest & Breathing Problems

I feel uneasiness while breathing. Recently i have undergone a health checkup and saw that RBC & haemoglobin content is high and doctor asked me to do erythropoitein test. Is this breathing issue due to above cause. I googled but rather i believe in doctor giving me some input on this. Also i have this body pain here and there.

Phlegm is lodged in chest but not able to remove it. Tried many docs. Have nebulised 3 times a day since 2 days still no relief. Any idea what is it?

Hi sir/mam I am w 28 years old I have been suffering from some shortness of breath everyday from 5 months. My heart tests are normal...effort ecg is also normal.... Lungs digital exrays r also normal..... But my one side of my nose always remains close sometimes left and sometimes right I think it's because of my nose that I have to breath deep... My five months old boy is suffering from Asthma from the age of two months, and he is prescribed with budecort 100 inhealer and Salbair transhaler , both twice per day, from then on till now. Is these safe to use on a daily basis? How long should I use these?
