Chest & Breathing Problems

My father is suffering from interstitial looking disease. He is under medication. Were need to give him oxygen supplement as well. So I was planning of buying oxygen concentrator. Please suggest me the best equipment and dealer.

Sometimes I feel diffiiin breathing specially in rainy season or winter's or after physical work,and I find it difficult to breath in the smoke of fragrance sticks

I get so hyperventilated on talking for more than 5 minutes. I feel like my chest is being squeezed and my hands get cramps. I have struggle getting breath in and out. My X-ray and pft were normal. What this could be? I never had these issues before
