Chest & Breathing Problems

Sometimes I feel diffiiin breathing specially in rainy season or winter's or after physical work,and I find it difficult to breath in the smoke of fragrance sticks

As per X-Ray chest Pa view, It is mentioned that Right costophrenic angle is blunted. Now I request your valuable advices.

I get so hyperventilated on talking for more than 5 minutes. I feel like my chest is being squeezed and my hands get cramps. I have struggle getting breath in and out. My X-ray and pft were normal. What this could be? I never had these issues before
