Chest & Breathing Problems

Last week I was exposed to a heavy rainstorm and high levels of pollution on one of my job projects. Since then I have been problem in breathing normally coupled with wheezing and pain in my chest. I was wondering if this is just common cold or has an infection developed in my lungs. Can anyone tell me what are the symptoms for lung infection?

I have a acute Bronchitis situation and earlier it used to trigger once in few months. Now a days I have to get nebulization almost everyday for 2-5 minutes or elses I feel breathlessness.

I went to nandi hills and climbed up a lot of stairs there. While reaching to the top I felt I was out of breath and also had a little chest pain for about 5 seconds. After sometime it became normal. I also have this chest pain when I pull my luggages in railway platform. It is usually mild and I haven't really cared about it in the past. Is that normal or a consultation is required?
