Chest & Breathing Problems

Has wheezing especially from evenings onwards. Followed by cough. Phlegm is produced minimally. Has also sinusitis for more than 15 years. But need relief from wheezing now. Last attack was about 6 months back and was prescribed an inhaler. Name not available sorry. It gave very good relief. Can she take similar inhaler? If yes, which one? We live in dust prone area, is that the stimulant? Stress is also there, could that aggravate the wheezing? What medication will give relief and control of wheezing? Hi, I've been facing an issue in which I'm having shortness of breath and a high rate of palpitations. If I exert myself physically it's take me alot of time to recover my breathing. I've done a chest x Ray and pulmonary exam which says everything is normal. This can be allergic as well but I need help into knowing what exactly the problem is.
