Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 25 year old and have gastric problem also my himoglobin is less 10.2.i am getting burping and sometimes chest pain .Even i am going to yoga from last one month.Please tell me what is the problem ?

Is low platelet count is sing of worry this test has been issued afternoon fever and breating problem.

Last two months before I have started to take deep breathe some times while I started beta blockers for hypertension and sinus tachycardia so doctor channged my medice telmastrin and calcium channel blockers but still I am feeling breathing issue. I mean have to take deep breaths many time.MY ecg normal one month before I took . There mentioned sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg.

I am not able to breathing properly .feeling week whenever i go out site .
