Chest & Breathing Problems

My ESR is 40 m taking hompathy medicines bt there us no relief suddenly smtyms m nt able to breathe properly i feel heavyness in my chest..wht to do suggest me

Repeated sneezing upon entering slightly cold environment and blocked nose although no runny nose. Have allergic rhinitis. Taking Foracort.

When sitting , hard to breath. I will over breath when this happen. my body temperature very low sometime that is cold.

Breathing shortness Light dizziness Excessively urining at night No sound sleep at night Burning sensational while urining

Ribs and arms pain some time chest both side pain.. mostly day time and head like cramps.pain..heart beat fast .. palpitations tired fatigue.. feeling shortness of breath..not enough oxygen in blood ..like feeling what cause this symptoms ..10 days before doctor dignoused juaindice my total bilirubin is 2.09 mg/dl and other test is ok and himoglobin now less then next month previous month my hb is 13.1 now this month my hb is 12.6 what cause ?

I m a vet surgeon ...my grandma is 90 yr old and suffering with chest pain and discomfort. Chest x ray and ct scan revealed presence of fluid inside the thorecic cavity..no TB, no any other abnormality but presence of certain suspected cells indicating the presence of malignancies but not confirmatory...doctor have dischareged her..pls help me and tell me diagnosis and treatment...plss as early as possible..
