Whenever I try to breathe through nose, I feel unsatisfied then I have to forcibly breath through my mouth. While sleeping I am unable to breathe. Since I AM forcibly breathing through my mouth I am now feeling pain in my chest. I have had a similar experience in childhood, I used to do 2000 rope skips when I was a child and doctor advised me not to do so, since that was the reason behind my breathing problem. I am now experiencing similar problem. Please help me.

Please see an ENT surgeon to make sure there is no nose block/ obstruction in the nose. You can continue to go excercises as tolerated if all your clinical examination is normal.
