Chest & Breathing Problems

I have shortness of breath while walking climbing stairs n while doing some physical work my throat become dry vl get neck pain back pain and after having meal I Feel heaviness in chest n shortness of breath sometimes my heart beats becomes rapid Is all this a symptom of heart problem??? Please reply m tensed

Dry cough na parang may plemang nakadikit, sumasakit at naninikip ang dibdib kapag umuubo,,,and the body is chilling for cold.

I had a clot in 2014 and now I am facing breathing issue while walking or small activity. Taking blood thinners but that is not helping. Non smoker and occasionally drinking. Looking for permanent solution. I know every doctor ask me to get CT pulmonary scan and complete blood analysis which is fine for me but I want to understand what would be the course of treatment afterwards. I don't want to live on blood thinners whole life.

I have been suffering from cough cold since 7 days , CBP done and all are normal but ESR is 75mm.. no h/o fever or body pains or vomiting or diarrhea.. at present using amoxyclav and ascoryl syrup .. any further medication needed?

When I'm taking breath I mean inhaling there is a sharp pain at left of rib I have consulted a doctor and he gave me 3 days course but I m not getting any relief could anyone tell me cause and treatment for my problem
