Chest & Breathing Problems

I started coughing some 6 days back. It's dry cough and sometimes vomiting like feeling also comes while coughing. No fever or anything is there. Just the dry cough. Thank you

Last two months before I have started to take deep breathe some times while I started beta blockers for hypertension and sinus tachycardia so doctor channged my medice telmastrin and calcium channel blockers but still I am feeling breathing issue. I mean have to take deep breaths many time.MY ecg normal one month before I took . There mentioned sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg.
