Chest & Breathing Problems

She's suffering from cough, unable to breathe properly, She couldn't sleep whole nyt and is suffering a lot

When the breathing and cold cough on every night please help me by giving answer OK give me any medical suggestions.

Few years ago a doctor told me that my lungs are in very poor condition. This is my recent X-ray. In how good or bad conditions are they now?

I live in a PG in hyd, my surrounding is full of dust and pollution. I go daily to office by that way only and I'm allergic to dust. Currently I'm having Defcort6, Montewok-lc and oxypur as prescribed by doctor. It help reducing the problem but I want permanent solution as we can't stay away from dust and also I don't want to have medicine for so long. Please suggest something.

I have been suffering from Pain in the side of the back side during deep breathing and mild pain during normal breathing.
