Snoring or may be sleep apnea
I am just 28 old and I have suffering from Snoring problem. I don't have any messy life, but still it have.I am suffering form 2011. Earlier it was very less but now mammoth problem. No one want to stay in my room. Immediately after sleep I used to snoring.My parent's(age 55+) have also same problem but in my elder brothers. They are normal. Pls help me what should I do ...could it be cure totally..i want to improve my healthy before my marriage plan.

It could be a simple obstruction of some part of your upper airway with if needed can be removed by an ENT or if there is no obstruction simple postural changes,lifestyle modifications + there are few dental options that may help. But I would suggest you to get a sleep study done and rule out the bigger sleep apnea problem.
