hello, 100Kg is way too high, sometimes it becomes difficult to reduce weight from that high level itself because of heavy weight... you cannot walk faster, you cannot do maximum exercises, but only thing that works in such obesity is a strong will power and dedication towards weight loss... that cannot be achieved alone... take help of some wellness centre nearby... also if it is diagnosed OSA, your doctor must have suggested CPAP usage while sleeping... that is the most effective treatment till date... any further queries do contact me... Thanks

Hi. I understand your concerns. sleep apnea severity can be assessed by sleep study. Which will tell whether u will require an extra device to correct the same or no. Reducing weight also is a supportive measure. But if any correct able cause for the same are there needs to be identified. For which u will need a detailed examination and assessment. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. if you are from bangalore you can consult me at my clinic at hebbal kempapura. Details are given in peacto. Hope your questions were answered. Thanks.
