Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from rotator cuff problem. I took treatment for this but still I can't lift my right hand straight up and can't keep my hand back conveniently. Since from 8 months I have this problem . In the month of April one doctor given injection at the back of shoulder but I still suffered pain after three months i.e in the month of July I consulted another doctor he also given injection at back side and front of shoulder and advised to go for physiotherapy. I took physiotherapy treatment for 14 days and after that I started doing excercise at home , now I can lift my hand up but not straight. Still I feel pain in that area . Please help me in this matter. I nearly consulted 4 doctors in this matter all are not giving correct information.

Two weeks ago my vit d level came to 24.The doctor has given me 60k units of oral vit d shots.I often have pain in my knees, shoulders and back. And the calf also keeps getting tired.Can this ever be okay, doctor? The bones of my hands, feet or waist often crack while I am doing some work.what should I do now ?

I am currently in kota doing 7 hour classes daily at allen kota , they have metal benches , constant pain during those hours, i have bad posture since many years anterior pelvic tilt and forward head and curved back too I have no choice but to attend classes and at home too i study for them help me lower back pain for hours in a day and upper back frequently too

So i had gout 6 months ago i followed all the medication told by my doctor, I had swelling around my big toe area which is then Reduced to 95% and my big toe got painless,  movement became normal also I had normal uric acid level after the lab test But since those 6 months I still have that remaining 5% painless non red swelling in my big toe what to do now

I am 3 months postpartum, from 7-8 months of pregnancy I was experiencing pain in my back left side ,  I'm not able to lift my back in a lying position. After delivery it worsened and now I have pain in my knee on the same side. It causes pain when I move my knee. I think there is some nerve problem from the back up to knees . If I sleep straight I will not be able to move the ankle too and knee. I am taking calcium supplement BONE SURE LC and MOKTEL prescribed by my gynaecologist. Now what should I do ? Is it go with time or should I start any exercise or meet with any doctor? Which doctor should I connect with : physiotherapist or orthopedic?

2 hours ago I bent down to throw garbage in dusbin and i had sudden sharp pain in my lower back and from then on i am not able to move as i am having severe pain in my back.. i have applied vicks almost 2 times but the pain started again when i try to move

I am F30 overweight . I am having pain on bottom of the foot of my left leg . Position is around 2 fingers below my middle toe. I feel it's a muscular pain and it has been persistent for past 8 days now . I woke up with slight pain and then I played badminton bare foot for 1 hour . Can that be the cause ?? Doctor advised me to get my right knee mri done as it was hurting a lot. He told me earlier that I have the beginning of arthritis. Also, I've fallen on this knee 4-5 times in the last 2 years, and fractured my ankle 3 months back which led to plaster. If you can please give me some clarity about the findings. I'm having neck pain and upper back pain only on left side and it is radiation to arms only and no tingling or pins and needles. I visited ortho doctor he mentioned to take zerodol th max 4 for 5 days morning and night and pregaba m75 for 10 days. Is it ok to pregaba m75 with asomex 2.5 which I'm taking from 2 years. Also can I stop pregaba m75 after 10 days? Please help
