I had an ankle twist in April 2026. Then I was fine. But in August I started having pain and consulted the doctor again. Started using tendocare tablets and started physiotherapy as well. But still I'm having slight swelling and pain. Now I have taken mri yesterday and attached reports here. What should I do next steps and please tell me treatment plan

When I'm doing shoulder workouts, such as Pushups or Indian Pushups (Dand), a ticking sound comes from my both shoulders as I do workout. It is painless but sounds with every movement.

Dear sir , I was meet up accident exactly 24 days back I was admitted after 3 days exactly 21 days I was operated to the humerus by fixing the plate , My concern is how many days it can take for healing. And whether there plate can  be melt inside or I need to go for another surjery for removing. Kindly guide me

Have pain in lower back from quite some time, now it has worsened, pains while i walk, cough, sneeze, bend, pick something. Pain radiating to legs and feeling weak. No numbness in inner thigh, groin and bowel movement. Just pain in lower back, around tail bone and side delts. I want to fix it at the earliest and need a solution

This has been my ultrasound report i always feel something stretched down my ears. It causes a lot of discomfort and no pain. Whenever I do work it stretches more but when I am resting it gets better. Please help suggest me what should I do as physiotherapy isn't helping

Its been a few months i have pain in right knee and ankle it tends to get swelled up and stiff and troubles me for basic activities ankle feels stiff when i move it in circular motion this happens when i sit for 1-2 hours on chair or when i cross legs..

Hello, I was diagnosed with AVN in 2021, and i went for bilateral hip replacement in 2022 and then after 2023 for the other leg. The doctor had advised me not to squat, not to bend past 90 degrees, not to sit cross legged and  from sitting on low surfaces for life. But I feel pain after walking 2-3 kms, and had 3 times minor dislocations where the joint itself Came back to its place automatically. I wanted to know if I can apply for 40% benchmark disability for my case? Or how much percentage can i get given my condition? Thank you
