Child Health Issues

We have a 55 day baby. He is currently on mixed feed. we are currently feeding him formula using palada every 4 hrs, remaining time he latches. The problem we have is  feeding using palada is getting difficult since he moves his leg and arms too much and tries to take whole milk which results in frequent choking. we tried earlier using bottle, but within 2 days he got so much addicted to bottle that he started refusing breasts. Would like to have suggestions here.

My son is 54 daya old. for last few days he cries when he passes gas which makes it very hard to put him in sleep. He is on mixed feed.

Hey...I had gall bladder stone during pregnancy...now my child is 1.5 month old...today I had drotin tablet since I was facing pain in the upper abdomen...can I breastfeed?? Or should I wait for next 24 hour and dump the milk?

My 2 year old toddler twins are not eating properly, only one bite or 3 bite thats it after that they are refusing the food .. what to do please help, every meal they are doing the same.. Age 28 months weight 12kg height 90cm of both twins..

37 days old baby boy. Noticed orange stain in diaper. Breastfed for the last three days. Earlier on formula as well as breastfeed. Is it normal? Is the feed enough.

Is cluster feeding included from midnight 12:00 am to 5 am as my baby girl is 1.5 months old and she sleeps in morning for 4hrs and pattern of feeding is first half hour feeding and 15to 30 playing time which includes tummy time and 10 mins roaming with her in arms and sleeping time ... But from evening onwards she feeds after every 2 hrs and at night feeding is continuous after half n hour from 12am to 5 am .. Can u help me with this ??

Newborn 32 days old boy baby, even after feeding for 45 minutes is crying for more milk, I feel like he is sucking nipple for comfort but I'm feeling pain due to this. Can I use soother or pacifier after feeding him? I tried pumping milk and giving using gokarna but he is spitting it out. His weight is 3.1kg. birth weight was 2.8kg. it was normal delivery.

His height & weight are almost stagnant from the past many months. His urine smells very bad just like a chemical, though it's colour is pale yellow.

While having a cough it sounds like barking and while sleeping he is making noises like snoring or whistle type

My daughter will turn 1 year on 28th this month her weight now is 7.8kg. Is this weight ok? Also is it a fact or myth that the child will suffer from fever or any mild health concern in every milestone. Like when they start to roll over or crawl or sit or stand or when new teeth grow.
