Can we do head shaving and ear piercing ceremony for 9 months old baby?I can feel heartbeat on her head.Is it safe or to be avoided.

Is it safe for a one month old baby to travel by plane for a two and half hour journey from Mumbai to Kolkata?

Child 7 years 9 months weight 25 kg...come from school with fever...after coming home one hour later vomit...had mild stomach ache too...Next day morning I gave shinkanjvi...he vomited dark brown liquid...then after 1 hour I gave him bonn sweet bun half so that he eat something before fever medicine...but he vomit again this color attached pic

My 13-month-old daughter is not responding to her name being called. She is watching lot of rhymes videos in TV and she laughs on her fav rhymes. We have pasted ABC chart on wall , she points abcd in the chart and blabbers . She laughs for peak a boo game. She rolled over when she was 3-4 months old started crawling at 6months old. Tripod Sitting at 7 months old. Stanting at 9 months old. Now she walks for 5-6 steps and falls. But she is not responding to her name and not saying any word. She has 6 teeth. How can I make her respond to her name and help her say words? We practiced strict no screen time for her older brother until he was one year old. But now he's also having lot of phone time. If I'm not giving him phone he's not obeying at all. He is crying a lot. He is 4.5 years old now. Pls advise .

My baby is 51 days old, exclusively formula-fed, and drinks about 90 mL every 2.5 hours. The pediatrician has prescribed Uprise D3 0.5 mL once daily and Bevon 0.5 mL once daily. Should I give both supplements? Could the vitamin D in the formula + Uprise D3 + Bevon result in excessive vitamin D intake? Please advise whether both supplements are necessary for an exclusively formula-fed baby.

5 months before Deworming tablet zental 400 mg  given  after one week repeated the same dose that time the child had anal itching. Now she is having anal itching again. The same can be continued?

Hi doctors i have a 15 month old who was cruising by 13 months and she took her baby steps by 13-14 months later i had some personal reasons and I couldn't give her much floor time and i was carrying her a lot so she stopped taking those baby steps even now and then she stands on her own for good 20-30 seconds takes 1-2 steps sometimes if my sister in law is there she encourages and makes her take 6-8 steps but she is not waking consistently if i try to encourage she immediately goes to crawling am not understanding why I showed to 2 of the renowned pediatrician in Bangalore both checked if she can walk if they hold one hand and she was walking so they concluded " that she is scared " and she is tall 79 cms Is this any problem if she knows to walk why is she scared am getting worried Should I take her to physio therapy ?

Madam/Sir, My cousin is suffering with fever from last 3 days. We had consulated from a pediatrician and he adviced that if fever above  102 give him brufen tablet 200 mg. Today his temparature is 105 and we have given brufen 200 tablet but still fever is not down after 1 hour. Can we give Ibugesic plus after 4 hours. Kindly advise 🙏
