Child Health Issues

My daughter fell and has got a very big bum on the right side of a head just above her eyebrows we have been giving regular cold compressions but nothing seems to be resolved or reduced kindly give some suggestions regarding any medication or treatment

I started her formula(lactogen 30ml)as part of bottle training on Tuesday(24/03) till sunday i was giving her 30 ml in day sometimes twice 60ml she was fine till Sunday afternoon, but i had spicy food on Saturday evening. From sunday after she started pooping 3-4 times a day now its 3 day she still poop for 6 times not full mostly less many times. Poop is light pale yellow semi watery with some lumpy seeds . What should I do although she is playful feeding welll fully active . Should I continue formula ? Or any medicine?

Respected sirs/madam From yesterday I been observing some red stains inside the baby diaper  ... I don't know .is it blood stains or crystal present in urine ..or some thing else... Pls give me clarity about this ... I am sharing photos... Should I consult doctor immediately??

Hello Doctor, My child (6 years old) is having chickenpox. Today is the 5th day. Symptoms: - Fever, especially at night - Multiple blisters all over the body and face - Some blisters appear to have pus - Child is active at times in the morning, but becomes dull during fever - Right eyelid is reddish and slightly swollen We are currently giving Levocet syrup at night for itching. We are also giving coconut water and fruits as per the child’s preference. Kindly advise: 1. Is this a normal stage or a sign of infection? 2. Do we need any antibiotic ointment or medicine? 3. My daughter is 2years and 8 months.. She's been having morning coughs(as soon as she wakes up for around 10 seconds not continuous though) since last December..it's on and off episode. Consulted her pediatrician and he's examined her and said there's mild wheezing as of now..on first examination Dr had prescribed levolin,fexagon and nasoclear saline drops..that doesn't seem to work,so now the Dr has prescribed Asthalin inhaler (2 puffs ,5-6 times a day) for 5 days.. Since then she's been having mucus(whitish/yellowish)out of her nose..she still has morning cough that has not subsided and cold too.. she's an active child,playful,no day time cough,no tiredness nothing..just worried why is her cough not subsiding.

My baby is 2 months and 21 days old m giving nestle lactogen pro 1 is this safe for baby i heard news that nestle formula milk are not good kindly help m worried as i m giving this formula since birth to my baby

Hi doctor, My son is 8 years old. I put all the vaccines as per the schedule. Now my doubt is somewhere I got the information as we should always put tetanus every 3 years to avoid from any wound infection. Is that so? Do I need to put him tetanus again? I have attached his vaccine card. Please advice. Thank you.

My kid is 6 and half years old. For the  past two weeks she is suffering from frequent urination which was not there before. We took urine culture urine routine in which both came normal. I noticed she was telling her anal region was burning and paining where I noticed the area was red when I asked doctor he gave anovate cream to use it for 15 days. Other thing is she is straining not much but little while going motion for which doctor has given muout powder other than this he gave antibiotic for 5 days my question is does anal fissure cause frequent  urination?? when will this problem resolve. I am giving her enough water I don't know what to do other than this.

Started giving Apple puree to baby, the mother is trying but baby is not liking at all and she wants her baby to complete it that too at once. It is nearly half bowl may be less than that also. My question is, is it ok start now and it yes then how much? Because she is trying the half bowl all at once and baby is crying a lot because of that. What should be done.
