Hi Dr, I have a 5 year old daughter whose weight is 18 kg.Yesterday she vomited 2 times in the morning and 1 time in the night and was less active having given her bland food and Ors.Today she started having bland food rice and banana along with ors but now she is experiencing mild loose motion symptoms after having food.I have given her enterogermina suspension 5ml once. What course of treatment should be done. This January she experienced loose motion and had enterogermina and zinc medicine.

Hi Dr..I have a 5 year old daughter with a weight of 18.4 kg and a height of 115 cm.On 2 june she had vomiting issue 4 times followed with stomach cramp and passing small amount of semi solid stool.Her cramp goes off after passing stool.We checked with Dr he said it was colitis and prescribed med Taxim O and scatikk g and zinc.Now her cramps and stool frequency reduced to 1 or 2 with slight mucus on it and currently on low fiber diet.Forget to ask my doctor When her condition will ok and we start normal diet( like wheat , vegetables and milk).Is buffalo milk curd ok for her ? Or should we shift to cow milk curd for better recovery?What precautions should we take in feature to prevent this type of episodes?

Hi doctors my baby is 13 months old she is on track very good with communication skills has good eye contact has smile points at things understands commands responds to name etc but suddenly from last 2 days i observed she suddenly closing her ears doesn't seem distressed there was no loud sound either it was just me and husband talking and she did it thrice in different intervals Google says it's classic sign of autism and it's giving me so much of anxiety Is it autism ? Becuase there was no sound at all

Hello sir Greetings My daughter age is 3years 4months.she is talking better but still she doesn't talk properly few words( " da,cha,Ra,fa) when she will talk properly?? Is she is growing good ? Or any abormality??? And one more thing is if she want to explain anything she saying like ( na na na na naku ) cant say that stammering because she won't to all tym.. if anything explain only she talk like that...if she sing song and telling slokas all good .explaining situations only like that.. All these are normal or any abormality?

My child of 4 months had vaccination of his 3rd months. He is getting fever again and again. I have given pcm drops 4 hours before now again he is getting warm and I think 6 hours gap is must for next dose.

My daughter was diagnosed with DDH. She underwent open reduction surgery and was immobilIzed for 6 weeks using hip SPica. Now her SPica is removed and it's been 50 days after her surgery she is still on bed. We had Xray 20 days after surgery and one after SPica removal both looks good as per doctor. My daughter is still on bed. she is moving her right leg fully but left leg is little slow. She is not showing much activity with this leg, it's kinda stiff. Also, she is not able to sit and walk now. Previously she used to sit and walk by herself. Can anyone tell me the schedule when she will fully recover? What care to take after SPica removal ?

Hi, my daughter is 3 years old (17 kg). She is an active & playful pre- schooler. Off late she has been coughing a lot during her sleep. She is normal during the day, and sleeps well also, but coughs a lot before sleeping, during sleep, and just before waking up. Is this normal or seasonal?? Pls advise
