Toddler not eating properly
My 2 year old toddler twins are not eating properly, only one bite or 3 bite thats it after that they are refusing the food .. what to do please help, every meal they are doing the same.. Age 28 months weight 12kg height 90cm of both twins..

Hi. Many causes are there. It can be worm infestation, can be iron deficiency. Take a video call for better evaluation
