Kidney Problems

“My urine routine report shows bacteria 84.7/HPF, cocci 78.1/HPF, and mucus 182.8/HPF, while WBC is normal at 0.8/HPF and urine is slightly turbid. Does this indicate a UTI, or could it be sample contamination? Should I do a urine culture or need any treatment?”

My fasting suger is 95,fasting insulin is 5,I have no urine infection symptoms but I have pus cells in my urine 20-22 dr give me some antibiotics but still I have problem please suggest any treatment or reason

Hello Doctor, I am taking tamsulosin hydrochloride + deflazacort capsules and cefuroxime axetil for my kidney/ureteric stones. Since starting these medicines, I am experiencing pain and a burning sensation while passing urine. My CT shows a 7×5 mm stone at the left UVJ causing mild hydroureteronephrosis, along with 3 stones in the right kidney and a small 1×1 mm stone in the left kidney. My urine report also shows mucus 81.8/hpf and bacteria 23.8/hpf, with trace blood, while WBC is 4.9/hpf and nitrite is negative. Could the burning and pain be due to the UVJ stone, the medicines, or a urinary infection? Should I get a urine culture done? Please advise. And pls go through with my attached report.

Hey i am 21 weeks pregnant and got my l2 scan done yesterday. There's some findings in my ultrasound one is echogenic focus in heart and fetal bilateral renal pelvis dilation. So we went to a mfm specialist she said main issue Is feral bilateral renal pelvis dilation in which right pelvis is 8mm and left is 9mm. She suggested me to wait for another 2 weeks and she'll do scan if the dilation is more than 10 mm then she'll suggest that I I should go for termination. I don't want she said after birth baby will have issues with his/her kidney and will suffer o don't want that too. I'm hell scared please give some advice my dual marker nipt ntnb all are normal

My father psa was 9.28 on 3 june , then on 17 june 12.56 then mri showed pirads4 nodule 18*11mm size in peripheral zone  then trus biopsy on 24 june and then ihc showed chronic prostratis and low grade pin and on  6sept after 3 months his  psa was 12 and free psa 0.9 .What should be done now?

Hi, My wife took medicines like mirago S- Darif, Cystopen but nothing helped with her overactive bladder symptoms,she started on imipramine 50 on psychiatrist and have relief in symptoms 50 % can this dosage can be increased to have more relief and is this a psychiatric condition rather than OAB.

Doctor, I have had persistent left spermatic-cord/scrotal pain for around 7–8 months. The pain is mainly at the back of the testicle/above the testicle along the spermatic cord, sometimes spreading toward the groin. There is also a specific tender point where the scrotum meets the body. It is present most of the time and worsens after masturbation, prolonged sitting/travel, and sleeping on my stomach or side. Standing sometimes gives relief. I previously took Duloxetine 20 mg, Gabapentin + Methylcobalamin, and Pregabalin + Methylcobalamin for around 6 months month. They reduced the pain somewhat but did not completely resolve it. I want to know whether this is nerve-related spermatic-cord pain or another cause, and whether a diagnostic spermatic-cord/nerve block or other conservative treatment would be appropriate.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and this are my blood and urine report. I fear my urine sample was contaminated because it was kept uncapped for a while and the same day of urine collection I had my OGTT glucose test. My doctor advised me to take nitrobact 100 2times for 7 days and cital uti syrup without doing urine culture after seeing this report. Now I am worried whether that antibiotics gonna make bacteria resistant or harm baby. Please help..
