Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm 28 weeks pregnant. I'm having pain in my gums near the left side wisdom tooth which is getting intense. What safe medication can I take to lower the pain?

For nearly 2 years I am suffering from this, what started as a small white patch in one gum area has now slowly grown to white patch which then turn to red to for gum areas. No burning or pain while eating normally. But a tingling sensation when I eat something hot or spicy. I have tried few oral doctors who did deep cleaning, gave me oxidant medicines, gave me turbocot to apply as oral cream steroid. I even lost weight in between for update my lifestyle, proper brushing. But all in vain. It is now spreading to 1 gum at a time and now I am frustrated. I need someone who could help me get rid of this. Please can someone guide me on exactly what is this and how can I resolve this.

Yesterday My father had one tooth extraction and RCT of a tooth adjacent to it ..now he feels pain when the pain killer tablet relief goes off.. is it normal ? How long will this pain continue ? Pls advise

Hello Doctor, I am a 17-year-old male. I kindly request your professional guidance regarding my teeth. I have noticed a very small, minor dot-like hole on one of my molar teeth, which is not deep and does not hurt. There are also some yellowish stains and chalky milk-white and watery-white spots in a few areas. Someone suggested that dental scaling might fix this. Could you please kindly guide me if scaling would be sufficient, or if I will need another treatment like a filling? I have been observing that whenever my 6 yo brushes at night, blood come out from her 1 molar on the left. It happened consecutively for few days a month back and then it stopped but now again since yesterday I am noticing blood in the mouth while brushing and today she spitted more blood than usual. I am planning to go to the dentist tomorrow but till then any advise on why this is happening will be highly appreciated.

I cannot open my mouth since 17 days and I am experiencing cracking and clicking noise near temple area and also I feel severe and sudden painin when I try to meet my upper and lower jaw teeth and i constantly feel like my bones are getting displaced .. I am taking medicines like coxo mr and zylone 8 from 5 days and before that flexon mr and joint suggest by dentist i consulted. 2 days ago I went to oral and maxofacial surgeon he told that I need to get all my wisdom teeth out . I want to are they cause tmj Disorder and discomfort Please tell. Actually my mother and father have went to Vellore for their checkup since 20 .days and this is the reason why it's so difficult for me to go to a good doctor I am living with my grandmother. Today they are coming.

 Convert it to text Timeline 14th July sudden pain when eating food......it was like some hard thing come in food.....pain was very much.....applied toothpaste and then slept...tooth became sore but no constant pain....now pain only on biting......at an angle. went to dentist, he said their is deep distal caries because of wisdom tooth....so removed wisdom tooth on 14th August.after 10 days stitches removed.....now biting pain increased..it is only when I bite down at that angle..and goes away instantly...on 3rd September I did temporary filling....doctor said evaluate for 21 days..if symptoms then rct..but there was no symptom apart from that biting pain..so permanent filling yesterday...doctor also said that decay was not as deep as indicated in x-ray...now there is permanent GIC filling...yesterday...but still that pain....it is 5/10...which only comes when I bite down.....bite adjusted and all..Percussion test were also taken. They tapped their instrument but no pain...

From last 1 week I am having roughness on tip of tongue , no pain no problem while eating just a roughness please check Could it be cancer ? I am really worried Please see the attached photo ,aria is circled
