From the picture i can see that the teeth need cleaning. There are a lot of deposits which require teeth cleaning. The blackish pigmentation is normal. No need to worry about it.

Blackish gum might have several reasons like gum pigmentation,any habits,medicine usage,poor oral hygiene,etc
Need detailed history to rule out the cause
Also there are lots of stains and deposits on the teeth in the picture attached they also have to be cleaned.
