Hi, so as per the history you shared it looks like a case of gingivitis. All tht you have to do is seek professional cleaning(scaling ) of tooth by a dentist. You will be fine after scaling .its okay to continue your cefixime antibiotic tablet course . because it doesnt look like plaque induced gingivitis from the picture that you have shared. wich i need more info/picture to guide you properly

As per the picture it looks like the bleeding is from your gums.
First do the professional cleaning from your nearby dentist and then wait for one week (for healing of gums),doctor may prescribe you some gum astringents if needed. Swollen or inflamed gums can bleed easily while brushing or when you are having food.
If possible Find out the area from where it is bleeding .
Is it bleeds from a particular area always or it changes ?
It looks like generalised gingivitis. You need to go for full mouth scaling (cleaning). Then you have to maintain the oral hygiene in the best way possible. No ignorance Cefixime is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infection
