Helo sir I undeestand your concern sir . Bleeding frm gums is mainly due to gum inflammation or irritation which is caused due to oral deposits. It can aldo be due to improper brushing , ie hard brushing . Maintain proper oral hygiene . And brush twice daily properly for 2 mins. Please dont stop brushing because you are bleeding , it might cause increased deposits which further increase bleeding. I recently had a patient who have done the same. So his intra orally so much debris waa present inturn causing more bleeding. So i ask u to do proper brushing and flossing ,water flosses are preferable And also ,instead of listerine mouth wash ,use mouth qash with chlorhexidine content . And dont use mouthwash for more than 3 weeks. Hope i have clarifies your concern.Anymore doubts ,please do consult me either by chat or call

The main reason for bleeding gums is inflammation of the gums. So first find out the reason for the inflammation. Food debris which is stuck on the tooth which is not cleaned properly, will become hardened and become calculus. Because of this calculus gums become irritated and mildly reddened and inflamed. So the first thing you have to check is, is there any calculus deposited on your teeth. If it is there do scaling from any of the clinics. In some patients calculus will be attached near the gums and inside the gums or on the root surface of the teeth. So proper cleaning and curettage is required if present.
Next Steps
The next  is proper oral hygiene practice. First is brushing, using a soft or medium tooth brush, for severe bleeding gums, I prefer soft or ultra tooth brush for one month and see the change , don't use a hard tooth brush. Do Saline hot water gargle thrice daily for 2 weeks . And for bleeding gums you can use "Stolin Gum Astringent", it's a gum massaging liquid. Take a drop of the liquid and start massaging your gums towards the tooth region. Upper gums up to downwards and lower gums lower to upside. Massaging always towards the teeth region. And use dental floss for removing food particles stuck between teeth. Watch YouTube videos to know the proper way of flossing and tooth brushing because it matters a lot in gum health.
Health Tips
1." Stolin Gum Astringent " for gum massaging 2. Saline salt water gargle 3. Proper tooth brushing technique 4. Clean your teeth from the dental clinic in every six months or one year. 5. Just check your Blood glucose level . 6. Check for any decayed teeth , and do the treatment if present. Because any decay will cause food to impact near the gums. This also will cause bleeding gums. 7. Do complete teeth checkups.

Hello Firstly if you have bleeding gums from last 2 year so already there is a problem which scaling alone will not cure. You need a deep curettage too for removal of deep infection. Also you should take vitamin c tablet once a day and massage your gums with a gum paint and use chlorhexidine mouthwash diluted with water it has better effects and use flouridated toothpaste such as sensodyne , emoform R
Next Steps
use soft bristle brush twice a day and take vitamin c supplements

🔹 Why bad breath persists after scaling & polishing: • Gum pockets (periodontitis) → bacteria still trapped inside. • Tongue coating (common cause of halitosis). • Post-nasal drip / tonsil stones. • Gastric reflux or systemic causes (less common).
Next Steps
🔹 Next steps (not always laser right away): 1. Re-evaluation after scaling → sometimes gums take 1–2 weeks to heal. 2. Check tongue hygiene → tongue cleaner helps. 3. Assess gum health → if pockets remain, deep cleaning (root planing / curettage) may be needed. 4. Laser-assisted gum therapy → useful for deep pockets, inflammation, or recurrent infections

Have to do a thorough check up to see if the scaling was done completely. Over use of Listerine mouth wash is not recommended because of its alcohol content. Also, long-term, continuous usage of quadragel is not advised. Consult a periodontist (gum specialist) for further evaluation of gum health Also, check for CBC, Iron, Vit- D, C, K levels
Next Steps
visit periodontist after taking OPG (full mouth xray)

Bleeding from gum can be from a variety of reasons. Misaligned teeth , Plaque deposits , Gingivitis, systemic issues etc. Firstly, and foremost, a proper diagnosis must be made as to why the bleeding is happening in the first place. Persistent scaling can result in sensitivity in roots of teeth. You also need to get a full mouth. OPG done. Over use of mouthwash or gels is also not advised at all.
Next Steps
Even if you have to change your specialist and seek a second opinion, kindly do not hesitate

All the best to you for your health !!

This time prefer a Periodontist and go for proper root planing and scaling . Also enquire weather if there is laser facility available at the clinic or not as laser therapy followed by deep cleaning is quite effective in these cases . I am telling you to consult a Periodontist because he is specialist of disease of the gum.
