Brain and Spine Problems

I was diagnosed with iih recently. My csf pressure was 45 and my mri brain also showed empty sella and i started taking daimox 250mg, topaz 25mg, mirtaz15 mg but from few days the symptoms are worsening with any kind of physical activity. I will have severe headache, giddiness, feverish ,pain behind eyes and heaviness in the head. I am not able to sit also for long duration because of headache and heaviness. Please help and give some opinion.

I have migraine for which doctor had prescribed me Flunarizine 10 mg twice a day but this medicine did not give me any relief of any sort. He also advised me naproxen 500 but I had to discontinue it because I am also suffering from antral gastritis and it causes me trouble when I consume it. Which is the best medicine to treat such headaches and migraine without causing any side effect to any gastro problems ? Plz help.🙏

3years ago I had an accident due to which I got 5stiches on back side of my brain since then my height is not increasing now I am 19 years old and my genetics height is 5'7 and I am 5'3

I'm having night Dizziness from the past 3 days and I feel a little pressure on my ears sometimes. I have a very disturbed sleeping pattern and use headphones almost throughout the day. Hi, all of a sudden I had a head pain for few seconds and it felt like nerve pain, pain was on the left side of the head above my ear, with that my entire body also felt chills, it happened for few seconds and went away, it happened first time, not sure if it is serious, I have been on tablets from 1.5 months for gastric issues and on sleeping tablet for 15 days. Hello sir i had 3 year ago seizure fit and after that I daignosed and test via neurophysian they done eeg and mri test mri was normal after they gave medicine oxcarbezpine twice a day and started to taking dr said about medicine course for two year after if normal we stop before done eeg buy i didn't got 2nd fit in three year but now unfortunately am abroad due to covid i cant visit. india and now i dont have medicine I stopped already 7 day around right now me feeling different after left medicine sleeping disturbing and stomach upset can u help me about this please
