Getting headache very frequently , which is getting worsen during sleep.   Having some relief only after using Crocin pain relief. Can any one please suggest a permanent solution .

My neck and head is swaying front and back when I sit idle. Sometimes I feel vibrations in brain and neck. This is being there for past 6 months. Took MRI brain and venogram, results are normal. I am attaching the report. My neurologist said I am suffering from Anxiety and stress. But the problem is still there. Can you please advis what could be the cause?
