Can excessive use of cellphones cause brain tumour? Are the radiations harmful enough to cause such damage?

Hi doctor I was sleeping on a wooden seater /bench at home. While getting up left back portion of my head got hit in the wooden handle of the seater. I have no nausea vomiting dizziness or any other issues. All I have is mild headache that keeps coming and going. There is no specific area for headache. Sometimes in both sides sometimes single side sometimes back of head. Its 1 month since the head bump incident. Anything to be worried about?

It's been a month or two, my husband is suffering from daily headaches. His head feels heavy all day long even after proper 8-9 hours sleep. He works on the system for approximately 9 hours on weekdays and he wears anti-glare glasses. But still, he suffers from same headache on weekends too. Even after taking a medicine for the headache, it doesn't cure and it continues. Could it be because of an eyesight problem or there is some other underlying issue that needs to be diagnosed? Hi, I've been suffering with this headache disease since 6 years after consuming cold liquids ( mikshake, milk, lemon-water etc) Mostly I get very bad headache after consuming these in around 2 days sometimes one.
