Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor I have severe pain in cervical region goes to arm left side. I have also pain in left leg in thigh and calf . I tried everything flexon Mr,neurobion forte,shelcal , Gabapentin 400 prescribed by doctor. I am unable to turn my face left side and feeling pain when I go sleep. Pain is always behind neck whether I put pillow behind neck or not. Now whenever I use lift or currently stand up for 10 minutes I feel dizzy like sir ghumraha ho. Please suggest what I do. Is it serious and I want to know is it related to lymph nodes found in retroperitoneal space.Ct scan attached.

My 11 year old non verbal son is autistic and has sensory processing disorder. Whenever he has cold, he points at his ears and cries. He scratches me and pinches me. Please advise what could the issue be with his ears specially during cold and if there is any permanent treatment for this. Is there any medicine to make him speak. He has a very good voice but only makes meaningless sounds.

Negative dreams during sleep for several years. Sometimes even torturous. Disturbed sleep. I feel relieved when my sleep is broken in the night but then another cycle of dreams take over. These revolve around 5 or 6 subjects mostly. I generally go to bed at 11 pm after watching TV News. I get up at around 6 am, tired and exhausted due to bad dreams. I am 71 years old, retired, executive director from a reputed PSU. I had an illuminating career but the dreams are negative with office environment surrounding me which is reverse of actual experience I haven been a person with high anxiety and perfection. MY MEDICAL HISTORY: I am diabetic for the last 20 years. I am on medicines as well as Insulin (twice a day) as per my doctor's advice. I am able to monitor sugar levels quite well. 5 months back I had gone thru heart procedure and 3 stents were implanted in 2 of my arteries. 3rd Artery has also 90% blockage. My HB level has been 10.5 for years. No change. All tests done and ok.

I might have herpes for which i am to consult dermatologist next week. But i am having headache(top of eyebrows) since 6 months which has become severe since past 15 days and spread to top of head , back of head with throbbing. Also i have feverish feeljng since many months which has not been found out why. Nausea sometimes but no vomiting. Can this be meningtis or something else? Can meningitis continue for 6 months? cbc, lft, kft, mri head normal.

Lefthand us getting numb. He is facing this problem from last 3 months. We have discussed this with general physician and as prescribed he took Zincovit for 1 month.

Since childhood, I have had problems of migraine especially either the throbbing pain at the back of head and neck or one side headache. I have undergone various treatments but could find only short reliefs. Recently I started experiencing migraine aura too like seeing black spots in vision or a lightly bright image lasting for 3 seconds, flickering spots, increased blue field entoptic phenomenon when looking at bright objects etc which I misunderstood as eye problem and have undergone tests like vision test, tonometry, Slit lamp, ERG, HFA, Autofluorescence, Fundus examination etc but couldn't find anything wrong. So again I've started medication for migraine which includes Tryptomer 5mg and Betacap Tr80. I was also taking few tablets for hair growth which includes Strands, Finaprost Finasteride Tablet and Calcium Pantothenate Tablets as well as using Minoxidil oil for scalp. I would like to know if these medicines can be taken along with medication for migraine. Kindly advise.
