Brain and Spine Problems

My father is suffering from vertigo accompanied by severe vomiting and heaviness in head over the last 02 years. First, the doctors were think it to be Miniere's disease but later on told him to get an MRI Brain done with DWI along with the imaging of temporal lobe and CP angle . I am attaching the report of the MRI Brain for your perusal please. I want to know that the symptoms  with which my father is suffering from is due to any neurological disease and has it been marked in this MRI ? Pls help.

He is a stroke patient who had a right brain stroke 3 years ago. He is not having any solid food since a week. He says he has a feeling of pulling backwards towards his head all the time. He says if he eats he faces very much difficulty so he has completely avoided food. He drinks only juices and water. He is facing digestion problem. He needs a help for relieving from his head pain. He says his back head pulls him right and left ,and that's the major problem. We would request to know why this pulling action is happening.

I have migraine from past one year and taking all precautions still migraine is so unpredictable it can hit anytime. Please suggest some natural ways to get rid of it permanently.

My father is suffering from severe nerve problem with muscle loss,if he is alert he can walk and stand but he if is not conscious he fells down (2years back)he faced issue with right leg but it's fine now.he is facing same problem with the left leg but this time he is having severe buttock pain when sitting and calf muscle became thin(muscle loss).MRI done for brain..sugar is under control..Dr prescribed  pain killers and gabapantein and physiotherapy.. Burning in feet at night I can feel the temperature even though another person can feel the temperature. Because of this burning I can't sleep property at night. I can also feel pain in my feets. Help me with the solution

I had migraine and took flunarizine 10mg for 2 month, after stopping this medicine, while getting to sleep i get wakeup jitter, suddenly body part moves, resulting i not getting into sleep, is there medicine for this or it will resolve over time?
